Nestled in the food hub of the Harfield Village, Norgarb Properties welcomes Sea Grill 2nd Ave by La Boheme and wishes to congratulate the awesome Team (Alex, Faisal, Tamara & Cindy) on a successful launch and preview of the Restaurant earlier this month.
