Martin Sheard is an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer who has been practising for 25 years. He joined STBB in January 1994, and specialises in all aspects of retail conveyancing including the drafting of Deeds of Sale, and liaising with all parties to a Deed of Sale, providing advice to sellers, buyers and agents alike.
Martin also specializes in development conveyancing and the commercial aspects related thereto, such as Joint Ventures, liaising with Body Corporates and Home Owners. Associations.
Having practiced for many years as a litigation attorney, he is very proficient at dealing with dispute resolution between the parties in a transaction, should the need arise.
On a personal note, Martin is a keen and very able sportsman and enjoys paddling and cycling, is a staunch rugby supporter and a big family man.
